What we collect

When you join the Wine List, we collect your email address, your first name if you provide it, your marketing consent and the signup time. We also record the signup source and page, campaign information in the page address (UTM source, medium, campaign and content) and the referring website’s origin when available.

Why we collect it

We use these details for Bitches Love Wine updates about products, drops, events and brand news, and to understand where signups come from. Joining is optional. We may send a welcome email when you join.

Where your information goes

Signup details are stored using Google Firebase Firestore. Our configured email delivery provider processes recipient addresses and message content to deliver our emails. We retain subscription status so we can honour unsubscribe requests. For signup abuse prevention, we temporarily store a hashed representation of your network address with request counts. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Service providers may process information outside Australia. Product links take you to our Shopify store; purchases there are covered by that store’s privacy information. Instagram has its own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us, or using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Opening that link shows a confirmation page; your email service may also offer a one-click unsubscribe option. To request access, correction or deletion of your details, contact bitcheslovewine@gmail.com.

Keeping information

We keep signup information while it is needed for the Wine List and handling your requests. We review or remove it when it is no longer needed. Contact us with any privacy questions.
